We know developing a solid marketing budget can be quite tricky, and it’s not really helped by the fact that most creative agencies are highly cryptic with their pricing. To simplify your time with us, here’s a rough guide to our project pricing.

System Limits & Restrictions
Users
Every plan has a number of user accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (read under IMAP Email). This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your online business.
IMAP Email
All of our hosting plans include email hosting. The SOHO plan includes 10 email addresses, the Small Biz plan includes 20 email addresses, and the Med. Biz plan includes 50 email addresses. You can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox. Each email mailbox has a 100Mb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.
SMS Notifications
Every plan includes a number of SMS notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.
Disk Space
Every plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.
Bandwidth
All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.
Domain Names
You have two choices - you can either let Mad Catalyst host your DNS (we'll need to redelegate your domain to us), or we can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service (like GoDaddy.com). Most businesses opt to use our DNS, it's free. :)

You can't afford to wait a week for an answer from a sleepy tech support team. We're committed to getting you the answers you need via our email support, lively forums, and online training webinars.
Need More Disk Space, Bandwidth or Emails? No Problem.
We've allotted generous limits to all our plans so that hopefully you'll never go over them. If you do though, don't worry - extra disk space, bandwidth, emails and SMS can be purchased at the cost below.
- Extra Disk Space $10/1GB per annum
- Extra Newsletters $0.01/email, charged in 1,000 increments
- Extra SMS $10/month per additional 50 SMS
- Extra users $50/month per additional 10 users
- Excess traffic charged at $1/1GB
